When I needed a new car last December I knew I didn't want to go back to that other Hyundai dealer and since my mom had only good things to say about Fuccillo I checked it out. Horrible, unprofessional, this would have been my 4th Hyundai, after talking with than via email and phone for a wk with my intentions/ situation clearly told to them, they had me come in and when I got there was told couldn't lease only buy,!!!, I left and went over to West Herr ford and picked up my 2015 Escape this weekend.
