The BEST they could offer this employed 57 yo man with no debt (but no credit) was a 2016 Hyundai Accent for a monthly payment of $369.00 and at least a 1000.00 down payment (if the bank would approve). It will be better for me to save money and buy a used car on Craigslist. Disappointing experience over all, commercials are extremely misleading AND they give your information away (for free)...so let the telemarketing begin!!!!! My car stopped working randomly while driving and I pulled into the first possible place so I could see what was up. It turned out I pulled into Fuccillo Hyundai - and how lucky. A gentleman saw me checking my car and came out to talk to me. Before I knew it the service center was taking care of my car for a great price. I had to make an appointment for saturday because the check engine light is on. its a 2014 elantra. the persons i spoke with ashley and rhonda are AWESOME. Rhonda is from what i heard when i went to pick up my car(there was someone ahead of me) is new. but she is awesome and if i have any problems within my warranty period whatever that is I WILL be going back to you.
I bought my vehicle brand new from this place in august of 2015. The vehicle was inspected brand new at the dealership. Now its may 2016 and I was pulled over and informed that the inspection was never sent to the dmv. When I went to the dealership they are unable to find my file in the mess of files they have and have implied that I am lying. They matched the sticker to what they placed and still will not admit fault. I am missing work today and on my court date for their mistake. This place is a joke and I wish I never cam... read more
