Think of all the negative stereotypes for car dealerships. This dealership exhibits every single one of them. Shady sales practices, lying sales managers, dishonesty from top to bottom. They’d probably move more cars if they treated their customers like human beings and dropped the arrogance.
RecommendedTodd and the service team were prompt and polite. I would highly recommend using this dealership.
Fuccillo Hyundai of Greece is by far the WORST, dealership with horrible customer service and management, especially being a customer for 10 years to them!! The fact a service guy taking my car overnight to his household without my consent is mind blowing!! And when picking my car up it reeked of smoke and horrible odor. Never doing business with these people again!
The service team is great!! Todd is awesome!! They are Always willing to help me and they go beyond measures to meet my needs!
Manager was extremely rude & would not give us the deal he had previously offered! Do not shop there unless you want a rude manager & horrible service! The new sales rep is really nice but his manager was the worst!! Keep the car-we will take our money elsewhere!
