This is THE WORST store in Washington! ! This makes no sense. The service is below average and I will never ever ever shop here again.
The staff is alternately arrogant or untrained, no inbetween.
Consistently poor service. Today's example: They have 66 cash registers, but only staff 2 of them despite several people waiting to check out.
I called fryes in renton washington with a question about my bose wave radio..the guy i talked to on the phone was George...George was very rude and practically refused to answer my question...instead of being rude he could have just told me he doesnt know the answer or maybe suggest somewhere else i might be able to call but no he just wanted to be rude...i wonder how his boss is gonna like hearing why i have decided to spend my money on speakers elsewhere...obviously if i am willing to pay for a bose system i am willing to... read more
