This place is miserable. Employees all act like they would rather be at a funeral. I would love to be able to justify shopping in a local store, but the service is better at Amazon.
Great selection, great prices, helpful people. It helps to do price matching and get a quote printout of your items before you go to the main checkout.
We were very pleased with the sales associate (Anthony, who had a beard), who helped us find the parts we needed to build our frankenputer. He spoke fluent geek, listened well, gave us some great options to help us make an informed decision on our purchases, and the store had a wide range of in-stock items to choose from. Keep up the great work! We will be back!
Orders two item online for "pickup in store." Drove 20 miles to the store, checked out, went home (another 20 miles), and discovered one of the items was "open box," broken and obviously missing parts. I called their support line, who was totally useless (the can't do anything about it, they can't get tell if the store has new items, they can't ge the store to hold an item if if there is one, so why even have a phone number?). The mens room was looking like a truck stop. One of the stalls was not obviously not working because someone left the business. I also tries to wave my hand by the sensor, no joy. I told an associate, he could probably careless, but said he'd call someone. About 30 mins later I went to change a diaper and some one commented the stalls were plugged up. They have management issues. The appliance manager tells customers about the problems in his department. The store manager does not follow through with promises that he makes. I purchased an extended warranty over the phone after having problems in store. He failed to mail the receipt and warranty information as he promised. Good place to shop if the management was better.
No service waited a half hour while help was called many times. What a waste of time I won't go back. So some reason I thought I could buy electronics there.what a joke
