This place has so many good customer service. Never missed a single in-store order!
Online is just as bad. Most items are marked "everything ships free" but when you put it in your cart, you find out it's for store pickup. Sent "customer service" email but no reply.

I usually love shopping Here but the customer service is getting to be horrible. We were having a hard time finding a charger for my galaxy phone and had to ask four different people before we got any kind of help. One said she Hoped we find it another just said its somewhere in these three aisles and left. How rude and unprofessional! We even asked for a manager when they said they don't really know that department but no one ever bothered to actually get one for us.
