“Black Friday deals cannot be reserved or held. All deals are first come, first serve.” Strange that’s what the employees and the phone system say. My friend tried to buy a PC tower that there were several of on the sales floor and was told that those were reserved. We left our cart with several hundred dollars worth of purchases and ordered everything from Amazon. The few extra dollars are worth not having to deal with this place.
I am done with this place except a computer I have a warranty needs a new drive and that probably will be a hassle. This place both physically and their leadership to serve customers needs has so fallen off. Amazon and other service oriented will eat their lunch and I will be this big box will be gone in 2 years or less. They also have a return policy that is the 2nd worst behind Best Buy. Beware if any computer store that still uses windows XP in their operation..what's that about???
The store still has a lot of things that you’ll have a hard time finding anywhere else, but it feels more more run down every time I visit. The bathroom floors are flooded, the inventory seems strewn around, and the staff seems to actively duck when you are looking to ask a question. It makes me much more likely to shop online then to make the drive over here

The shelves were kind of empty, couldn't find what we were looking for the person that was helping us started helping someone else when she was helping us, we left and went to game stop
Very nice store, with every kind of electronic trinket imaginable, and good deals on name brands
I have visited this store once a week for six weeks, the associates clearly dislike older customers, today the associate pretended he could not understand an older man who was with me, then blew me off completely, this is not this first time I have seen the associates talk at length with younger customers and ignore or directly insult seniors
