i used to LOVE this place and would hit it up each time i was anywhere near one...renton, tempe, dallas,etc... now they are bones for vultues, and dust to worms. not even that. empty shelves, and bored employees. so very sad at this turn of things. so wanted them to come to colorado springs. now there s no reason. still get their emails, but now i'm not really sure about trusting them with any significant purchase.
Wow, why do they even have a brick and mortar store? The shelves are always empty. Don’t waste the gas. Buy online.

Terrible customer service experience today 8/19/2019. Attempted to exchange two toner cartridges that were not working. The first one did not work, opened the second, which seemed different and it also did not work. Went to the return counter, waited for a manager. He was very combative the entire time, went in back to test them, one seemed to work, the other was "missing a part". I was accused of breaking this part. Over the past few years or so, I've noticed the inventory and selection sadly going downhill. If this chain wishes to try to survive amidst the onslaught of online retailers, it seriously needs to dump all of the unrelated items (i.e. kitchen goods, snacks, "As Seen On TV," etc.) and REFOCUS on electronics!

Place was empty. Many shelves empty. Looks like it’s on its last leg. Was there two years ago and it was packed, stocked and alive. No more. DOA, RIP.
