Do not recommend!
The deals only seem great, but always turn out to be for inferior or refurbished products. That’s if you can even get them to properly take your money. Their in-store pick-up system is the stupidest design ever (if you don’t pick up the same day, they cancel the order), and their customer service is terrible. Just not worth the time and frustration.

I tried to call ahead to see if there were any products on the floor to actually look at and they could answer this simple question. I'm not going to drive down there unless I feel you are actually trying to provide customer service. This place only cares about you until they get your money. I won't waste my time on this. Newegg or Amazon it is.
Worst customer service . They destroyed my laptop
I bought a dishwasher and the extended service plan with Frys. It broke, logged a service call...it has been a month and nobody has come out to fix it, when I called the store they said to call corporate. Called corporate and it sends you to a store...no help. Frys and customer service are as opposite as oil and water...stay well clear of this store if it is an expensive item you might need to have repaired.
15m to place order online. 3.5 hours to pick it up in person because they didn't staff appropriately.
