Customer Service could be considered worse than Walmart. Not worth going in unless you know exactly what you need and what you need it for ,don't try to ask for help unless you like finger-pointing.

Fry's (Renton, WA store) just had our 7 month old tablet out for an estimated 3-week repair on warranty for 8 weeks, and returned it to us today, having not fixed it and having not reached out to us with any information throughout the entire process. We'd bought it brand new from them in July 2014. First time going in there today and the service that I got was amazing. Very nice and helped me finish figuring out what parts I should use for my computer build.
Bought a Karaoke player here and the guy told me this was the top brand of karaoke. Should have just moved on when he did not know why. The player simply did not play or do anything it was supposed to. Then stopped to buy a $99 cloud hard drive and the kid begged me to let him register it through him rather than put it in my cart. I bought a "brand new" 4TB Seagate hard drive, and inside was a 120GB Maxtor hard drive. This is the oldest scam in the book. If someone returns a hard drive to your store, don't you check to make sure they actually returned the item? The box wasn't even labeled as a return, which I would never have bought.

Just left Fry's a couple minutes ago and was very disappointed with the lack service. My husband and I went in there looking to spend up to $800 for a new stereo system for our truck. Not one employee said a word. I think we past maybe up to twenty employees. No one work was said to either of us. Including the guy at the exit door. Their was a couple lady's stocking the shelves on the aisle the I was on and they were to involved in their own conversation to acknowledge my presence.
