absolutely the worst! I thought you were an electronics store. Apparently I was mistaken. After the 45 min drive to your store to purchase a new motherboard I was shocked to see the sales person try googling to find the correct mother board. After several attempts all blocked by Frys intranet she asked the supervisor for assistance. He told he we would need the serial numbers ect. to get any help then walked away. Good store but bad service
Thank you to the staff at Frys Renton who stopped a criminal from applying for a line of credit using a fraudulent ID with my info today! Forever grateful!
I don't liked frys Renton because service really bad. ....I saw store manager kiss camera department ....I say what you doing then he said not your business ....now I'm shopping best buy ...good service and nice employee. ..
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life . I'm a pretty positive person .. All your employees were rude and sent us on a wild goose chase to only find out you didnt have the product we needed !!!! I cant ever get that hour back
I've furnished an office of 7 with all the computer /electronic needs from this store. Yesterday, my husband spent well over $1000 buying me a Surface and several accessories. Today, I went in to pick a different case and the clerk that approached us was so rude that I am now on my way home to get the box and will be back tomorrow to return everything and we'll head right on over to Best Buy and give our money to them! Thank your ignorant clerk for the loss of this sale and the loss of two long time customers.
Manager did me right today by honoring what may have been a misprint in today's ad. 250GB SSD HD was $89 and made adjustments to sell at that price. I don't know if others behind me got rainchecks, probably not. But still he could have claimed misprint in the ad.
