We have had nothing but trouble since using Frontier services. Over the past 9 months or so, we have been double charged multiple times, charges "tech fees" without being informed of prior to, horrible customer service from the man who came to set our service up all the way to the representatives on the phone. And our newest problem, our internet just stopped working weeks ago and they have YET to fix the issue. Really bad customer service, I called to get some information about my account and a customer service representative called RAMON was so rude when I asking some basic questions, he made me fell like he was doing a favor to me when he answered my questions. This is one of the case that I prefer talks to the phone machine. He didn’t helped me to made me fell happy with my service.

They are the worst. There is always a problem, and it often days days and multiple calls to get it fixed. The problem is often one created by them. The only good experience I have had with them was a technician who came out to my home - after several days waiting. He was great. I do not believe anything they say. Most recently, a month ago I was offered 150 speed internet for $5 a month for a year - by TWO different customer service reps. I agreed the second time. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. You can count on every bill having a drummed up charge for overage or fee that you are not responsible for... however when you call customer service to take care of it they could care less. They say that you’re responsible for the fee and cannot credit refund or otherwise take care of your problem. They are rude And unprofessional. I tried to get internet since the beginning of May 2019 they said they need to check the lines, but one came out to check it he lines, I called they said they didn’t need to send someone out they did it electronically, a week later I receive a modem but wasn’t at that location until the end of June so when I get there I hook up the modem still doesn’t work I call customer service we go there all there steps to try and repair the problem still won’t work so now they need to schedule appointment for service, they tell me they ... read more

Frontier is the worse cable company I have had to deal with. After cancelling the service they kept on billing me ,I refuse to pay and they send me to a collection agency after I tried to contact them many times to explain why I thought I did not owe them nothing but no one gave me a logical explanation always telling me to speak to someone else and giving me the run around. Horrible company. Finally had to pay for something I did not owe. So unfair.

I have been a customer of Frontier Communications for almost 30 years, and have had to call them many, many times over the years due to poor service. However, the most recent issues have been by far the worst ever. We have been having issues with no wi-fi connection, and no internet connection to our devices in our home. So I have been calling for 3 days in a row now, and still have no access to the internet. When I called them back last night I was on the call for an additional 2 hours just to file my complaint and they had no explanation other than that the only way I would receive a return call is if they have no one in the phone queue behind me, which I explained would never ever happen then since I had no less than a 35 minute wait time just to reach a live person so I suggested they update their process. When I first got Frontier (before they gobbled up *******) their ISP service was good, I guess they put on a good show since they wanted to lure customers away from the one and only internet service company that my little town had. But their service has gotten worse and worse over time, while their prices keep rising. Trying to watch any streaming service is a huge pain, with constant messages that there's insufficient bandwith to stream.
