Jake and Ray helped me out when my laptop charging port broke. Not only were they friendly and chill, but they did a thorough job in both explaining the issue and calculating the cost, which was far cheaper than I would've guessed. Great customer service all around. Highly recommended!
We wish we had found Friendly Computers a couple of years ago. We had a frustrating issue with the setup of a new printer and associated internet connections, etc. At the recommendation of a longtime resident and businessman of the Spokane area, we contacted FC. Their competence, friendliness and customer service exceeded our expectations. Finally, a computer business we can trust...
Today we went to Friendly Computers store to get help for our printer. We don't always understand how these electronic things work. The black on our printer wasn't working and John at Friendly Computers fixed it for us at no charge. He was also able to explain to us what the problem was in language we could understand. From now on if we need our computer repaired, they're the people we're going to see. Friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

Glenn, John & Anya each provided me excellent service today. Not only patiently helping me understand; in a non-techno language; what went wrong, but how to avoid similar issues in the future. This is the third or fourth time I've used their services for both my business laptops and home desktop. In each instance the service was relatively quick (always as promised) and the cost very reasonable. I won't ever go back to the "Geek", not when I have the local "Friendly Computer" crew.
