These are the best computer folks around they really are helpful and are fantastic after sale help today Anya spent time answering my questions and help getting thing back on track Score a 10 + for these employees.

Today I called the North store and spoke to Anya about an issue I was having with their AVG Antivirus program. My computer was saying that I didnt have an antivirus program installed, and after a remote access from Anya she determined that my AVG antivirus was offline. After further review, Anya discovered AVG was bought by AVAST so the solution was to install Avast. I had some problems with my iPad being slow and apps crashing to the Home screen. Anya was so sweet, I loved having her fix these problems!

I took my computer in to the north location yesterday. I took a computer knowledgeable person with me and thank god I did! Similar to the feeling females get when taking a car to a mechanic they took 2 seconds and didn’t even turn the computer on before they started saying things like your gonna need this that and the other thing ASAP or else! Very friendly, but a bit overpriced. I spent $100 just for them to tell me what was wrong. I would have spent another $200+ to actually get to it fixed, but I managed to find a friend who fixed it in one night. Again, very nice people, but overpriced.
