I came in with an issue and Jake and Anya were at the front desk. They were very helpful and friendly during the process. It turns out I was simply making a nooby mistake. They didn't laugh at me for not knowing the most about computers, they simply understood and were more than willing to be of assistance. They definitely lived up to their name of friendly computers, and I will be seeing these two for any future computer issues. Thank you again Jake and Anya!

Excellent services, from repairs to virus protection, have been a customer for years now , and the tech skills are top notch, fast service, very fair prices and a great location.
They ARE super friendly! And quick to help. Will definitely take our computers there for all future needs!
After more than a month of Friendly working on fixing our Macbook bad track pad (should have been $115) we had an approved cost of that and a motherboard ($646) for a total of $761. When we went to pick it up our bill was $1069.50. We told them we were not happy, but agreed to pay. After running our credit card, they brought out the computer with the hard drive on top of it. Your wife brought it on 5-15-2017 with graphic display issues and that it was slow. We didn’t add any repair or upgrades to your MacBook without prior approval. The best thing for computer problems is Jake at Friendly Computers! Discovered Friendly Computers years ago and they've always been able to help with problems. I recently had to replace one computer and when I discovered there were port problems Jake stopped by, looked at it and took it it in for repair.
