I have had opportunity to use their services many times over the last two years an have always been extremely happy with the service and the results. They are friendly kind an professional. Please consider them if you are ever in need of repairs or service
I have used Friendly Computers for more than a year now. They have worked on a number of laptops for me, my business and family. Additional I have had a server and a workstation desktop built for my business. The staff is truly "Friendly" and very knowledgable and the business stands behind its products and services. I have recommended them to several family members as well as to my own clients.
Very dissapointed with the service I received on 2 laptops I brought in. One took over 2 Weeks! THEN when I was finally called and told they completed the service I brought it in for, they informed me my computer has a bunch of viruses and they don't know how long it would take to clean those up. Of course I said no thank you, brought it home, did a few scans, used it and there is nothing wrong with it. SMH. We further explain it can take longer if we order parts or if there’s large amount of data. Went the Friendly computers to have my Macbook Pro screen fixed. There was a residue on the screen left from something that I did. They did a fine job of cleaning the screen, but performed a bunch of extra stuff that I did not want, nor request. They fixed what I went there for, and had they done just that, would have got a glowing review and might have a return customer. Probably won't be back.

We have a checklist of items we do on every item that comes in the door to ensure we are giving the best value and quality to our customers. Went to the North branch at Newport Hwy to have my Macbook Pro problem fixed. I was trying to upgrade my ram and I had one of my back cover screw stripped. Dan guided and helped me without charging fees (he claimed I did most of the work but without him I couldn't have done it), and we completed the task in just a couple of minutes, as compared to the Genius Bar at the Apple center giving me expensive quote and several days just to get the diagnosis.
Terrific, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Very nice.
I just had my MacBook Pro serviced at Friendly Computers in Spokane Valley store. I also had a couple issues with my iPad. I am extremely satisfied. They were so helpful and totally trustworthy. I did not feel like they were doing more than what was needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
