Friendly Computers saved my laptop. When I had a failure with it I went to Best Buy to have it looked at. They ended up handing it back to me in a plastic bag and recommended that I buy a new computer and lose all of my data. I then went to Friendly Computers and they got it up and running again and saved all of my data. I will never go back to Best Buy. These guys are great. I am a computer dummy and they have really been helpfull. They probably get tired of seeing me walk through the door, but have always taken care of my needs. Not always charging me either. Great folks.
Why call a geek when you can call a friend! These guys are friendly to me yesterday I drop off my laptop for the fan to get check out today they call and told me the issues and I should have my laptop back in the middle of next week or end of week! If you have computer issues I recommend you go see them! Very friendly

Friendly, caring staff. Salvaged all the data off of 3 very badly fire damaged laptops. Very reasonable fee for the service. Think about everything you have on your computers...and what it is worth to you to get it back when you thought it was gone forever. Thanks for being awesome!

Pretty much ruined my iPad that I paid these guys $400. to repair. They kept it for 2 months and when I brought it home it quit working after two days. Worthless techs!
A great place to take your computer. I need to take mine back though. Really like the service here.
Stopped in looking for a computer case and was greeted rudely. Staff member didn't seem to care at all about what we needed since it wasn't going to be a sale for them. When i asked if they knew anywhere that would have one staff member had no clue nor seemed to care about helping us. If you are going to work on computers at least have some knowledge on where to buy parts in the area.
