Anya, Northside agent, was extremely helpful. First, what a cheerful voice on the telephone and willing to address my computer problem. I was having an issue with Facebook. I was not allowed to like or comment to posting from friends. Apparently, Chrome was not liking Facebook. She re-directed from Chrome to Firefox which has since worked without issues. They helped me get my poor little laptop back from the brink. I was so worried I lost everything on it. They did their magic and got my laptop all fixed up and running. It was so sparkly when I picked it up I didn't even recognize it. I was so impressed that when we had a problem with one of our work computers I called them up and had them come out. We moved after 40 years in the same house, the cords for my computer did not come with us so after buying new ones from Friendly Computer, they came to our home and set our computer up so I could use it. We moved into an over 55 yrs. community and all of our neighbors are on the computer. Friendly Computers are so very professional and helpful for someone like me who uses the computer very little. Been dealing with Friendly Computers for a few years now. I've bought one computer from them so far, and it's the best computer I've owned. Sure beats Best Buy. Anya is a rock star; she's super friendly and super helpful! We live over 25 miles out of town, and she was able to help us remotely, saving us a lot of time and money.
I would definitely recommend Friendly Computers to anyone needing assistance with their computers. Anya at the north side location took care of my problem quickly with her expertise. Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future.

I was not able to pare my printer with my computer and so I called Friendly Computers. Anya a technician with Friendly Computers talked me through the process of making the connection and within two minutes the job was successfully completed.
