Service Far Beyond Expectations The sales associate who helped facilitate my transaction, Brent Nickelson, went above and beyond his normal duties to make sure I had the optimal experience with Friendly Chevrolet. I had a flat tire from a screw when I got home the evening of my purchase, presumably from the construction on the new garage at the dealership, and Brent drove across town during rushhour on a Friday to help air up the tire and ensure I made it to a tire shop to get it patched. Lady luck Every time that I have had service done on my vehicle, I have been taken care in an expedient manner. I was met in the bay by a young lady and she saw to my needs at once. She also sought me out to inform me that when I reached 15,000 miles that I would need a front end alignment. They got the work done and a car wash extremely fast time. Thank you for keeping my car in top notch condition. I plan on keeping the vehicle for a long time.
