Bought 2 vehicles here in 2 years but not again I bought a 2011 Camaro and a 2013 Silverado at Friendly brand new. The buying experience was good. I had a spray in bedliner installed in the truck. It faded after about one month. I left numerous messages at the concierge desk and a phone call was never returned. When I went in person to inquire about a warranty in the bedliner I was told it eventually fades. Mine faded and lost all the sheen after one month. Terrible body shop experience Have brought in my vehicle 3diff occasions and they have not been able to completely satisfy me with repairs.... To the point where I was offered "double-sided tape to help fix one of my concerns was just unbelievable..... Superb customer service, easy/short buying process Just bought a 2014 Silverado and I can't imagine a better car-buying experience.I didn't have to shop around because I came in knowing what I wanted. Great Dealership/Customer Service I recently purchased a 2014 Silverado from Prince Marish (salesman at Friendly Chevy). One of the best dealings with an auto delaership in a long time. I felt well respected, they gave me time to ask questions, follow up questions even as I left the dealership to think about my purchase. Very satisfied with this dealdership and their team. Great experience in buying my new car My experience at Friendly Chevrolet was one of the best experiences I have had at buying a car; new or used. I came in with a budget in my head and I knew what I could afford. I came in with financing that was actually under what the cost of the car is costing and the staff not only got me into my car, but a couple of days later, they actually got me a better rate and payment. Great buying experience Friendly Chevrolet takes the hassle out of buying a new vehicle! They are professional and do not pressure a sale like many other dealerships. This was my second buying experience with them. I had a great experience the first time several years ago and didn't think they could surpass the great job they did then... but they did. Normally when you take your vehicle to a mechanic, this is the routine I expect: 1. They tell you how long it will be before they can diagnose the issue 2. Once they've diagnosed the issue, you receive a phone call to let you know the cost and timeline for repair 3.
