Couldn't have been better. I didn't have an appointment, because I was having unexpected car trouble: battery failure. However, I was worked in very quickly, and the battery and cable were replaced under warranty. It's hard to image how it could have worked any better or more smoothly. Also, Chevrolet Roadside Assistance came out to give me a jump start so I could take the car to the dealership, and that was free, very quick and totally cool too.

Unfair treatment during purchase process Wanted to express my disappointment in how I was treated today as it was not what was advertised as "fast, friendly and fair". I believe that I wasn't treated fairly. Worked with Lee Burbank to buy 03 Excursion that they just posted online and didn't even have photos yet.
