Everything seemed to meet basic good standards. Everything seemed to be very good. However, I could not verify in the paperwork I received, that the full chassis lubrication I ordered was in fact completed. Only the engine oil change/filter replacement was described.

I explained to him upfront what I wanted; made him aware I had already filled out my credit app; advised him to check with finance before I even drove down to the dealership (didn't want to waste anyone's time - especially mine).
