I had an awesome experience I saw the car that I wanted online, contacted the dealership, and spoke with a sales agent, Michael D. I went up to the dealership the next day, and the car that I wanted was there, in exactly the same condition that I had seen online, along with the same price. While I waited, I was given a coupon to buy a meal at the onsite cafeteria, and I was not forced to do anything that I did not want to. Bad Body Shop Experience I have previously used Friendly to have my vehicles serviced and repaired at the body shop and have always had a great experience until my last visit. I took my new 2013 Traverse to get repaired at the body shop due to a car accident. I guess I should have known from the beginning it would be a bad experience. Terrible body shop experience! Have brought in my vehicle 3diff occasions and they have not been able to completely satisfy me with repairs.... To the point where I was offered "double-sided tape to help fix one of my concerns was just unbelievable..... My insurance paid about 28,000 worth in damages to Friendly Chevrolet the least you think they would do was make sure I was completely satisfied. "Free loaners"??
