Great Service I called Cesar in the service department on Friday evening and asked when was the last time he replaced my battery, he looked it up & gave me info. He asked was everything ok, I told him what was going on with my truck, he told me to bring it in to him Saturday morning. I had to work, but got there as soon as I could. As ALWAYS Cesar took care of me with A+ customer service, the guys had me out of there in an hour. I have always gotten good service at friendly, but I get excellent service from Cesar

Great sales staff I purchased a 2015 Silverado from Jeff Blake because he was recommended to me by my step father who purchased a truck from him in August. Jeff worked with me to find the exact truck and deal I wanted and I would highly recommend him to friends and family members.
Great service dept, typical sales exp, The sales experience was exactly what you would expect, what everyone expects, when they go into a dealership to buy a car. Lots of back and forth, lots of "how do these numbers look to you" - finally told the salesman -- come back with the numbers we told you were okay, or we go home. Outstanding service If I could give Don and Bill a number for the service and amazing professionalism they showed me, the number would be +200. I am very pleased with my Puklich Chevrolet experience. I will return to purchase another vehicle and absolutely will recommend them to others.
