Excellent Service The staff was very helpful and they answered all the questions I had. The fuze repair that was done on my car was a success and they made sure their wasn't a leak. I was completely satisfied with the service.
Prompt service, professional & clean. Everyone was polite, courteous & professional. The gentleman (Bruce) that drove me home & picked me up after they finished working on my car was very polite & friendly.

An Established Dealer with Friendly People This was my first vehicle service at Friendly. All people were courteous and helpful. The pricing estimates were explained to me, to my satisfaction, and I was happy with the price paid for the work performed. Nothing was amiss afterward.
Architect and Friendly Chevrolet Service Customer The service on my 1999 Yukon was excellent. But that is what I have come to expect. Several years ago when the vehicle only had 170,000 +/- miles, Friendly Service was able to identify and repair an intermittent problem that had eluded several previous repair shops. Great Service, clean facilities Your Service Advisor, Robert Bales, is very knowledgeable of the services that are provided from Friendly Chevrolet and very helpful in making sure everything is taken care of with my vehicle. I want to leave a Service center knowing that I will not have to worry about anything going wrong with my vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I am glad we still have a company that still cares about their customers as much as Friendly Chevrolet does.
Excellent service Bruce Kelsch was excellent to work with, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! He didn't try to push me into a vehicle and took the time to find the exact vehicle I was looking for.

Great services Because we moved to Dallas from abroad we were kind of 'special' to buy a car and Friendly chevrolet did everything in there abilities to get us the best rate on the car we wanted. they also kept our car on the lot while we were unable to park it at our house.
