My stay at FSH was amazing! Not only is the setting lovely, but every person I came in contact with was very kind, cheerful and caring. The highlight was perhaps a tie between the AWESOME Physical Therapy department and the INCREDIBLE food! The visit from the chefs was so fun I forgot I was there for the surgery! FSH has cracked the code on hospitality!
The best care and always right there when u needed them. All very polite and caring I have been there 4 times and I would go back if ever I need a surgery
Arrived at 9am as told. Hubby went back at 9:10. I was told by the nurse that these procedures "tend to fast" so, if time allowed, when he was done being prepped they would call me back to sit with him. Two hours later, still nothing. I asked at the front desk and was told he went into procedure at 10:55. 1 hour and 45 minutes he was back there, nervous, and waiting! What kind of crap is THAT?!! Unacceptable!
Most amazing experience! Everyone was so kind from start to finish. Thank you for treating us so well!
