My hubby just came from the Norfolk location with a broken license plate holder on his 2016 Nissan SUV. It was in perfect condition before going through the car wash. The attendant said " that happens sometimes." Well it has never happened at Auto Bell. Needless to say this was the FIRST and LAST time going to this car wash!
RecommendedI use the Independence location to wash my boat. It is the only place I have ever trusted. It is big, clean and nice and bright at night. What a great group of employees, they are very warm and inviting. Every experience has let me know that the customer is first here. Thank you

Got the All American Wash and was a lil disappointed that the 1st time my car was not completely cleaned. I advised someone there and they sent me through again. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Love being able to get a free Vaccum token to clean the inside of car, def plus!!!!

I always get my car washes here.a clean car ebery time.even the vacuum have great suction that gets the dirt out of my car good.the attendant on duty even came out to me to see if everything was alright and to see if i needed anything else.this is great service and experience to me.thats why i still go back.i even drive the twenty minutes just to go to this particular car wash because of the experience. Good car wash! The drive-thru wash does a nice job and the employees are friendly. The vacuums work well also. Overall a great place to keep my car sparkling.
