I don’t usually use automatic car washes and I obviously should’ve stuck to that. A few weeks ago I attended Freedom Wash on Battlefield blvd in Virginia. I spent my $16, which is ridiculous for a 2 minute car wash, and left, just to later find out that my gas door cover was ripped off. I returned to the location to find it sitting in the car wash. First off I didn't print me a receipt. I spent over $20 on a car wash for the car wash to not even complete the service I wanted. I pulled out of there and there was still soap on my truck and it was still soaking wet. I had to get out and clean all the soap off and dry the truck.

After the wash stops moving around your vehicle and the horn sounds, you simply drive slowly through the rinse arches and blowers (there are timers to help guide you through this process). Amazing destination for car people. Clean facility. Well manicured lawn. And spot on lighting.
I love Freedom Car Wash. they do an excellent job keeping the car wash open and functional. I have the unlimited plan where I can go anytime and it is well worth the money. My van is clean and shiny all the time. in the winter when there is sand and salt on the road, no problem. I go run it through the wash and all of it is gone. takes only a few minutes and no worries about it messing up my paint or underneath my van. it's easy and affordable.

Went to the Independence location to use the self serve part of the car wash where you wash it yourself and it was nice. Certainly will go back again. Perfect for those who work odd hours and want to wash your own car on your night off.

Please tell your employees at the Military Hwy location not to throw food at the birds at the car wash like they have just done once again. Twice already have I had to go back through the carwash after a bird shat on my car that one of your employees fed as I was vacuuming it out. Canceling my membership if this issue is not resolved because also many times I've come to get my car wash an hour or thirty minutes before you all close but the carwash is not open.
