RecommendedMost reliable car wash! I have been to many and this car wash with its lighted bay and fantastic machines are the best!!! The unlimited package is the best option for me, especially, when you get pollen daily and live in a neighborhood lined with trees. (birds hate a clean car!) Their customer service is prompt and courteous, which is refreshing, these days.

My husband ALWAYS chooses to come to the VB location and EVERY TIME something doesn't work. We were there after hours last night so no one to complain to, or get a refund. Last week we have a recording on our go pro showing us pulling in..paying and the bay not working at all. I am DONE with this place. I don't see how if they are open for normal business hours until 8 p.m...why I would come at 9 p.m. and 2 things be out? Apparently my unlimited wash club isnt unlimited. I visited the VB location tonight around 10pm and the wash on the left tunnel malfunctioned twice. It started, the brushes moved half way down my car then abruptly stopped, buzzed me to move forward, then the fans didn't even turn on. So I came around hoping the other tunnel would work and the screen said I've exceeded my washes. So I had to drive off with soap on my unwashed car. Of course no one is here at 10pm to get help.
