We have lived in our house for 3 years now. We have had 5 different leaking windows 4 that were repaired by the dealer and out of those 4, 2 are still leaking. We had a light fixture filling with water at one point. There are two spots on the ceiling that are leaking. Frost has been on the inside of my daughter's bedroom wall. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They are under the impression that they sell enough, they do not need to respond to prospects. A guy by the name of Phillip tried reaching out but only made half an attempt to follow up. I had heard very bad things about their customer service prior to reaching out but I figured I would still give them a try. My experience was absolutely horrible and I should have listened to the warnings. WASTE OF TIME. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

I purchased a home from Clayton-Georgetown, In. This was the worst experience of my life. It is now 16 months and I still have not gotten repair work on the problems that were noted on the home at the initial inspection. The communication from them was virtually non-existent. they did not honor any of there promises made and noted on bill of sale. Their response was "i never heard of that". Would NEVER buy from them again.. They are the worst company ever. had to live in the home for over a week before the actually doors locked, not comfortable sleeping knowing anyone could walk in. kept telling me they needed to order parts, one man came in and fixed it in ten minutes without any parts. I highly recommend this company! My house burned down and I wanted a manufactured home put on my property. I had a challenging driveway to say the least. This location was 1 and a half hours away from my land. They went above and beyond for me! That's why I ended up buying with them. I had almost given up on being able to stay on my land. They were amazing !! I would highly recommend them!

Horrible service. They do not even deserve a star at all. Nothing but problems the entire time. For example. They have "fixed" the leak in my master bathroom twice now. Yet somehow it is still leaking. The floors in my living room had a huge bow in the floor. They can only point fingers instead of doing what they need to do to fix the problem. I would never recommend anyone to go there. They claim they are the best and they try to cover up all of the problems that people have
