Underhanded during the signing of paperwork. added additional coverages without explanation, than once we tried to remove coverages. we get ignored. once you've purchased, service is no longer the same
I have Honda Pilot for 16 years with out any issues at all. In my opinion Honda cars are reliable and last longer as long as you maintain the maintenance.

The manager at this location is very rude and hateful. His name was Mark. Maybe it’s because I’m female and he thinks his behavior was acceptable. It was not sir.
First of all the salesman treated us like he was doing us a favor in selling the vehicle to us. Thanks to CarFax I know the vehicle had been sitting on their lot for almost 2 months. Just didn’t like the whole experience. Definitely had better experiences at other dealers. Secondly, the finance guy, G, sold us the wrong warranty for glass/windshield replacement. A very efficient process. Daut was at my car when I first rolled in and kept me informed every step of the way. It is obvious that customer service is one of your primary goals. The waiting space is comfortable, spacious, and provides a variety of refreshments. Estimated waiting time was almost on the minute.
I will never recommend this company. My son bought a 2018 Honda thinking he would have a reliable car. Two weeks of driving it and 2 months in the shop as it completely quits working lights and all. He calls to see if he can get his money back and he was literally laughed at. No manager has even attempted to reach out to try to see what may be needed. We were sold a lemon and after reading reviews I see others were done the same
Every time I visit they make sure I'm satisfied with my service. The salesmen are always friendly and are never pushy. They ask what brings us in and then will point us in the right direction and even escort us if we're unsure of where we're going.
