Initial service was good. But still waiting for frame guards my 2015 KTM was supposed to come with.....that was a year ago
Absolutely amazing service. They helped my husband and I find exactly what we wanted and made the whole process so simple. It was my first dirt bike and they helped suggest one that I absolutely love riding now!! I just wanted to thank Corey Lane and his sales manager for all the time they took with me today in helping me choose the bike that's right for me. They showed all the care and patience in making sure I didn't make the wrong decision. Freedom cycle where they turn a $1500 rebate into a $600 one!! Bunch of crooks and masters of the bait and switch. Nothing like agreeing to one price and then jacking it up when you pick up the sled. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else as there are plenty of other options out there. Worst place I have ever been! Here is Freedom Cycle's general manager's (Andy Galliher) math: "The math comes out to $9660 and with a $1500 rebate should be $9499 Correct?"
Not the greatest place to buy from... I bought a used 2009 Sportsman 850XP and it had nothing but problems the service department did not know what they're talking about...
My Husband picked up a new sled friday. He was very excited just to find out it DID NOT IDLE. He called and left a message with no response! WTF So then he called the service dept. They told him to bring it back. He did only to be told the carbs need service. Brand New Sled are you kiddding me? Service Tech also said, belt was way out of adjustment!!! I live about ten minutes from another dealer that calls themselves "POWER HOUSE". I had a hole in my rear tube so ran over to that so called "power house" to pick one up. They didn't even carry an inner tube for a 17" rear tire. I made the trek to Concord, and they had just what I was looking for (in stock). I always buy my Genuine Kawasaki parts from Freedom Cycle and should have gone there strait away. The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and always very helpful. I would definitely recommend.
Bought my first brand new bike. Treated me great when I bought it.
