excellent customer service! Hennessey had me in and out with a key replacement in 20 minutes and the price was not costly as it could have been for a fob definitely worth the trip from out of town.
Everyone is very helpful and courteous. My service was done on time and with in the time they said. Even though i was late getting to my appointment they treated me like it wasn’t a big deal. Very happy with Ike Honda!
Have used them for years … this oil change was a bad experience… had an appointment at 7:30 a.m. that they had no record of … they put me as a walk in — which I was not! At 9:15 I started asking questions- they had not even started on my oil change! Almost 2 hours— another 40 minutes I was on my way… not my fault that they didn’t get the appointment on their schedule but I sure paid for it!!!
