Worst dealership service department I have ever dealt with. First I had an issue with my A/C (there was a recall on) & had to pay for it and when it stopped working again very soon after they finally fixed it as a recall issue. Then I take it for the “life time oil change” as I have done in the past and they do other service I did not want and charged me for it! This dealership is very shady. Do not recommend them!

I wasn’t pressured into anything. I had Edgar as my salesman and he was very polite and very helpful. The financial part is never fun but it went very smooth and probably as quickly as possible. I plan on returning if I ever want another car. Thank you, McCurley!!!
Terrible company. Sold me a faulty new at the time in 2019 odyssey that has an issue with violent static sound in the speakers (popping sound) that they offer no permanent solution to fix it. They feel it is reasonable to have us bring the car every 1-3 months or more frequent when a “wire keeps getting loose on the speaker board.” I can’t resale it due to faulty issues and am stuck with a van that is awful to ride in. This whole dealership is trash, not even trying to hide their thievery. I’d recommend a drunk uncle before I’d recommend these wise guys. Wanted them to take a look at my Honda’s lock/alarm system and they tried to run me a $160 bag JUST TO diagnose the issue. What if it’s a 2 minute issue?!! We’ve been nothing but happy with Bruce and the Service Department since we purchased our CRV in 2017. I always feel safer leaving because I know they’ve done a thorough inspection and recommended any necessary work. Always a pleasant experience!
Horrible service and broken promisesDouble checking on your car when you get it back from service. I didn’t check my car when I got it back when replaced my tires. Tires and rims on passenger side were scratches up. Brought the car back to the service then they denied it. Autonation Honda customer called to follow up after service satisfaction then I told her the problem. She told me they had to order the new tires. Over 4 weeks, I didn’t get any calls from them. They are liars
