You make an appointment for 9AM and it's noon time and your bike is still waiting to be taken in for service! Really!!! Why did I bother to make an appointment?? No explanation no nothing, it will be ready later today!! SERIOUSLY!!!
Disappointed with the lack of greeting. Today was the second time I have walked in the store to shop for a bike. On both occasions I have spent 15-25 minutes browsing various bikes and not once has someone so much as acknowledged that I was even present in the store. Not going to waste my money on this store if they can't be bothered to spend 2 minutes and say hello and ask if there's anything I need help locating. National Powersports up the road was very quick to acknowledge me and show me around.
What a great place! Drove three hours to get there. Will go back when we need more toys! So worth our drive. Thank you for your great customer service.
