Hummm where do I start , not enough time to go into detail
I do not recommend to purchase a car from this place. The service department is crap. Went in for a recall on my vehicle. Was offer a shuttle home ( which I never got. Had to call a friend) to pick up my vehicle at 4:45 and there is a crack in the windshield which they say they didn’t do. I’m confused as to how a crack is in my windshield, when you have had my car since 8:43am( apple CarPlay let me know when my car was moved). RecommendedService Department is outstanding! I have been having my vehicles serviced here for the past 28 years! They know my vehicles, 1993 Honda Accord EX Sedan and 1995 Honda Odyssey, very well, and I trust them with all of the maintenance and repairs.

This is the place to buy your beautiful dream Honda! I should know, I’ve been driving mine now for four years. Gotta shout out to the service department for the quick, friendly and enthusiastic work they do. Oh, and by the way, my Native American husband and I have always been treated like rockstars. Customer service is non existent once you sign your name on the contract. Buyer beware!
I drove 2 hours to Woodbridge to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. I looked at several other vehicles before Woodbridge and I do not regret my decision at all. The customer service I received from Philip, Shawn and Chinaka was refreshing and a very welcomed change from what I’ve received elsewhere. Thank you! 😃

Service is terrible. No communication. They have had my car for weeks, with no communication. I call often, only to be told 'tomorrow.' This is not the first time they are so delayed . As expected, they blame everything on Covid.
Customer service is supreme!!!!!
