I made an appointment for just an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment. I arrived and was told it would be a one hour and thirty minute wait. THREE HOURS LATER....I’m still waiting for my car. EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Needless to say I will not be using this service department again. No respect for time and convenience of the customer.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently moved to the area. Gary Doyle from Barbour-Hendricks Honda in Greenville NC was an amazing sales advisor. On our first day of car shopping he talked with confidence of his product. When we left he said we would be back. After visiting other dealerships it was clear that we wanted to buy our car from Barbour- Hendricks Honda and Gary was the perfect no pressure knowledge salesman.
Horrible dealer. Swindle customers and sell defective used cars to force you to come back and spend more money. Would rather take mine to a shady independent shop than here.
