Truly terrible experience all around. I 100% regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership and wish I had just sent the car back with the delivery guy. RecommendedOur sales person Carl, was amazing. So responsive and easy easy to work with. He’s also so very knowledgeable about the cars, I was so appreciative. I would tell our entire family to only buy from Carl. Also Tanner in financing was also fun to work with. This was a great experience.

Taking a man's car over his support of his players is outright disgusting
Patrick was an A+ right out the gate. He greeted me with the best personality and helped me walk away with an awesome upgrade! I went on a whim and left thinking that was so fast and easy. I absolutely hate car shopping, and I dreaded it for weeks. I decided to go ahead and go to Johnson City Honda. Philip Schwartzm made car shopping so easy! I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He immediately brought one for me to look at and test drive. While I was test driving it, he found another one that fit un my price range. Nat was my service manager and was very responsive and took great care with the car battery replacement, rotate my tires, and replace a panel in the front of the car. Very happy!
