Disappointed with how you handle returns with the eBay store. I'm a new user and had never ordered parts online, didn't need the part I ordered by accident but that isn't a valid excuse apparently. Well what is, damages?! Horrible customer service with Aaron.
After using freedom for years, The service department has put the final nail in the coffin. 3 strikes and I'm out. Ill spend my money somewhere with a bit more honesty and integrity
Was told 4-wheeler would be done today after the 100 mile service. Drove an hour and a half to go pick it up and it's still on the lift. Terrible customer service.
Horrible customer service, lies and scams just to get you in the door and try to steal every last penny you have! If it was legal for them to take your first born, they would make you give that up too. I'm lucky I left there with my clothes still on! What a horrid establishment. HEED MY WARNING... STAY AWAY!!
I would leave zero stars if I could. Bunch of scallywags and crooks!!! Tell you one thing, and when it doesn't happen they'll try and cover up their dirty tracks! Criminals I tell you! Criminals!
Great sales staff, its just to bad the service department tries just as hard to sell you stuff you dont need. Have gone to buy 2 bikes there but will NEVER be back for service.
