they need to practice honest sales practices. They also need to have people who understand the products they sell so that when customers drive off the lot they have the knowledge about the product to get home safely. they sold me a vehicle that they KNEW WAS FOR CHILDREN and they also KNEW it would be against the law for them to drive it we asked them 6 times, 2 different people, if it was legal for them, even showed them pictures of the girls and talked to them on the phone in front of salesman. they KNEW. the sale was more... read more

Aaron - why is Freedom Cycles scamming people posing as the primary manufacture of motorcycle parts - when in reality you're JUST a 3rd party? This is completely dishonest. Tell the owner to stop their scam - would really appreciate it.
I would and will never recommend this place to anyone worst customer service charging you to inspect a bike for something that does not apply in to DMV law My next call will be BBB
Freedom Cycle the last few weeks has been great. Sold me a new CanAm Ryker and the service technician set it up beautifully. The parts team has also been willing to order in parts quickly for a few more random items that I wouldn't expect them to keep in stock. Thank you!
