I had a very relaxing experience with Joseph Salazar at Fred Haas while purchasing my 2017 Rav4. He was patient and explained all the numbers to me while my 7 yr old tried very hard to be a part of the negotiations. Most importantly, he lisentened to what I wanted and needed and didn't push anything on me. Took car in to get the dash replaced in my 09 Avalon (it was cracking n melting) I arrived earlier than appt I waited 15 mins before service advisor came to his desk in which he didn't address anything next I add a oilchange and he hands me a card with two numbers on it telling me to call n see where the shuttle drivers was just to get feed back from the driver that it wasn't my job to call him 30 mins after I got home the service guy calls n tells me my oil pan plug was stripped n that the screw was spinning in the pan make... read more
Love the service & the waiting is tolerable with free drinks, wifi & a lounge, if the time estimated is not satisfactory I always request for a shuttle to and from home! Mr. Kevin Baker is my go-to guy! 👍🏻🏻🚘
