Let's talk about their customer service. From salesman to sales manager, they must have either no experience in giving customer service or find satisfaction belittling their customers. They refused to give us the value of our trade in unless we signed a promise of purchase agreement for the new car we were shopping for. They also refused to give us the monetary amount of the Allstate discount we were entitled to. It would be nice to come in for service and not have sales pressure. Sometimes the work somebody’s coming in for this but they can afford, and the extra pressure is not appreciated. I came in for one very specific proprietary function, I did not one for appreciate efforts to get me to spend more money. Please, do service in the service department and do sales on the sales floor.
