They are concerned with sales and profits on repairs not real life customers and their concerns if you sell a defective product than a replacement should be provided especially when you have a may 2016 vehicle. This is not fair treatment we had a Toyota corolla and we replaced it with this Toyota IA. I am losing faith in Toyota
