First and last car that I buy with this guys. I bought a 2016 ford explorer 2 months ago and they sold it to me without a headrest, I came back next day and they told me that I lost the piece. I already spoke my sales guy and 3 different "managers" no one wants to take the responsibility.
Hands down the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. I was set up and guaranteed to pick my new vehicle this morning at 10:30 only to find out it was sold the day before. No one had any remorse or concern for their mistake. My wife and I both work full time jobs and she took off today so she could come pick up her new vehicle. It was GONE! I really recommend Fred Haas Toyota as a Toyota dealer in Texas. The customer service is excellent, in our case, the salesman, Hector Rios, showed us all the details of the vehicle of my interest, and also gave us the advantages over other models in the market. Hector is a very kind, respectful and patient person with the buyers. During the negotiation he was extremely respectful of us, offering various options. Their customer service is horrible. My car was flooded in Harvey and I had full coverage plus gap insurance on my car that was not even a year old. I some how still owe money and when called and berated about paying I asked for a bill. She was not happy to send me one and threatening to send it to collections. She said she would send me a bill.
