A year ago I bought my tundra in for a transmission service. I did not get out of the parking lot and the A/C quit. The advisor assured me they did nothing to the A/ C. It’s been a year since the A/C was replaced,(not here), and I thought I would give Toyota World another chance. This time a simple oil change and tire rotation. He helped me in the past with buying a Tundra and yesterday he helped me with buying a new RAV4. Joe is so patient and makes the process quick and easy and answered any questions I had along the way.
