My car had flood damage 5/16. When I picked it up I told them my car had a really bad odor. I was told I need to let it air out for a few days. This was noted on my paperwork. When I called them several times about this they told me they had done all they could do, and if I wanted anything more I would have to pay for it. Absolutely worst place to get a vehicle repaired from an accident. Very poor customer service. They lost the insurance check and would not release my vehicle to me and after they finally released my vehicle to me the work was not even complete. There was more damage to my vehicle then what was there when I took it in for repair. They were never apologetic regarding the service that my husband and I received. I've purchased my car, a 2016 prius, which i love, from here. Never had any issues with service, etc. They definitely made me feel like a valued customer today. I went to another dealership for service on a tire, which should've been covered under the tire and wheel plan i purchased, but i wad told that because the tire is repairable, I'd have to take it somewhere else, because they don't repair tires, but would replace it, if it wasn't repairable.
