First off, shervin is a great salesman, I would recommend him anytime...But as for the finance part of it, there is no communication between them and the customers. Lies, and scam. Wife and I went in for a 2018 camry "thought" the deal was done and signed paperwork. Turns out they never got the deal done and wasted our time. Had to go back to pick up our original trade in and drop off the new car. YO - YO SCAMMING and SPOT DELIVERY is not the best way to treat returning customers. Brand new truck in for its second tire balance. Wait times are insane due to how many people come here. Still not fixed. Shuttle only runs M-F 8-4, so if they finish at 5 on a Friday, you’re SOL unless you get a ride.
I always come to this location because they get you in and get you right out. They are so much better than the 249 location!!!
