I'm so disappointed in the way the service person Joe Woods at Fred Haas Toyota World tried to get over on me. Once they finished servicing my truck, they brought it back with dirty oil hand prints all over the hood. So I asked the guy could he get a towel and wipe it off. Instead he says oh I'll just run it through the carwash, brought it back and the dirty oil hand prints were still on there. Then he decides to go get a towel and wipe it off.
