Raul was a pleasure to deal with, but once we got inside everything changed (not with him but the other departments). "Mr. Lawrence", the sales manager was a real ass hole!! He was rude as all get out, probably the worst car shopping experience I've had. I guess I will make the large purchase from a different Toyota dealership, because like Mr. Lawrence said, "we are the largest Toyota dealership in the area and I can sell it at sticker, I don't need to make deals"!!
Had a very pleasant experience at the dealership thanks to my salesman "Anthony Truong", was very helpful and informative about selecting my car. Would recommend Anthony to my familys and friends looking to buy car.
My best friend and several others are getting ripped off by their service department. These writers are using unethical practices to make people pay for parts they don't need. You go in for a 40 dollar oil change and come out paying 500.00 for a part that conveniently breaks while changing the oil. Smh , these people give honest auto service shops a bad name.

Ian Norman is who I dealt with he is a great guy if your in the market for a new Toyota go see him. He was able to close our deal on two new vehicles a 2017 Tundra and 2017 Camry. He didn't jerk us around and make premises he couldn't keep. Thank Ian
