Went in for service on my 2015 TRD pro tundra. i was expecting a wait since well it's expected when you go in for service. William was great in letting me know how everything was going to happen. An hour into waiting they come to tell me that they are not able to get the tundra onto the lift without me unloading the stuff i had in my bed (i had 20 bags of mulch it's understandable) but that when i returned they would hold my spot in line and get right to working it-\-\ great. i was back within 20 minutes to two more tundras ... read more
My wife and I just bought a new car for my daughter and it was and awesome experience. Hector Rios greeted us and was very helpful in us choosing the right car for my daughter. Will definitely be buying again from Hector and Fred Haas.
This was my third purchase from Fred Haas and second from Beth Elliott. We had our two young boys with us and she made things easy and fast for us. She is great to communicate with and nothing beats a great deal.
First time here and I did not know I needed a appointment to get oil change ,but now I do, wait time was 2 hours that is a long time to sit and wait but I did ,they need a lube express
I tried selling my truck and I was immediately low balled and it was an insult to my intelligence plus I don't like playing games! They lost a sell of 2 new vehicles and possibly a 3rd. I'll take my business elsewhere...
