I met up Mr Loi Lee Ta in dealer. He is not a sale man, he is Internet Manager. Mr Lee Ta is very good manager, he told me everything with the car I wanna buy. And then he translated something for me when I talked with finance manager, shows me how to payment, when I can pay, how to buid up with my credit scores.... and something else. Someone that works here left my husbands 2016 Rav 4 RUNNING FOR 5+ HOURS!!!!! They moved it to the lot were they hold finished vehicles after detailing it and literally walked away with it running!?!?!?!? Who does this?? Called around 12 to say it was finished, its now 5:30pm when he picks it up after work! That's insane. And a free "top off" on gas? That's your apology?
