Was greeted almost the moment I got out of my car by Ismael. He went out of his way to show me many of the options. Low pressure and I made an informed decision on trading in my Rav4. I was ready to be pressured by finance manager for things I really didn't need, and was pleasantly surprised. He informed me of the choices and extra services available and didn't pressure me on the things I didn't want. Awesome! Love my new Rav4!

Bought a Tundra today Kris and Sparky were my contacts at the dealership. This is not my first car I have purchased from Fred Haas and it won't be my last. I drive past other dealerships to purchase my vehicles and also get them serviced at Fred Haas . It's the treatment and quality of service. Exceptionalism! I recently retired from HPD and they added to my truck a thin blue line hitch cap on my truck. What a good day.

The cars are the best the problem is with their finance staff and some sellers, they only see the customer with the sign of money and they look for the way of how to cheat them
