Almost 3 hours for an oil change! No way. No communication at all
I'd rather push my Chevy than buy from here!! Jordan called me on a Sunday and I was shocked that they were open so we drove from Magnolia. Of course Jordan was 'busy' so we were pawned off on Beth Elliott. She was ok at first and then she dismissed EVERYTHING I said and talked to me as if I were a child. Whatever you do DON'T TRUST ANY of the mechanics at Fred Haas (Spring location) OR GULLO (in Conroe) to take care of your vehicle... multiple issues... would be here all day, so will simply focus on today (4/23/17)... we changed out both of our batteries this morning as acid erosion has kicked in.. had been keeping an eye on them ourselves, they've both been expired for over a year. Odd how all of our "inspections" have been reported back to us as "everything looks great" or how about this latest one where no one came to say... read more
